What you need:
- A ball
- ‘Obstacles’ like shoes, rocks, magazines, remote controls, toys, flower pots etc
This is an outdoor or indoor game for one or more children.
How to play:
- Set out a short obstacle course around the living room or garden using every day things. Work out with your child/children what way the course should be completed e.g. go over the pile of jumpers, around the flower pots, weave in and out of the toy cars etc.
- Start with using one finger and push or roll the ball through the obstacle course.
- Choose another body part e.g. nose, toe, knee, elbow, and complete the course.
