Dyspraxia Workshops For Parents: Mixing therapy, exercise and fun

Occupational therapist, child development expert and Zoom Boom Kids CEO Brenda Cassidy is delivering a series of workshops around Ireland focused on exercise and children with Dyspraxia. These practical sessions will help parents mix therapy, exercise and fun activities into a child’s week.

Dyspraxia and other development coordination disorders (DCD’s) cause children to have unexpected difficulties doing activities involving coordination and movement. Brenda’s approach in working with families where a child has movement issues, concentrates on giving parents the tools and confidence to improve their child’s essential core strength, balance, flexibility and other areas often underdeveloped in children with dyspraxia.

The Zoom Boom Kids workshops are suitable for parents, teachers, coaches, childcare workers and other adults involved in the day-to-day life of a child with Dyspraxia, DCD’s or any difficulty or underdevelopment in coordination.
